1. Refund Policy

Redspot Publishing will HONOR requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Non-Delivery Of The Product: Due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery email from us. In this case we recommend contacting us via email for assistance. You must email us within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received. If you do not receive the product within 3 weeks from the order placing date, we will refund you the total amount in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at your choice, we will send you the product again.
  • Major Defects In Our Product: Although all the products are thoroughly checked and properly packed before delivery, unexpected errors may occur. if the products are damaged when you receive them, we will refund you the total amount in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
  • Product Not-As-Described: You must provide us clear evidence that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. You must report this issue via email within 3 days, after receiving the books. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

2. Return Policy

We only accept returns if the products are damaged when you received them. Return should be handled according to the following conditions:

  • Return claims should be made within 6 days from the date when you received it.

Non-returnable products are:

  • Any product that is returned without fully paid postage;
  • Any product that is returned without our invoice.
  • Any product that is not received by our office in its original condition, or is damaged or missed parts, or has signs of use or misuse.

Consent of return:

  • All returns should be first settled through email before you send products back to us. This means that if you are going to return products to us, kindly inform us in detail via email in order to get consent from us in terms of damage condition and return quantity.

Return of returnable products:

  • Kindly: Notify us in advance and in detail via email, and send them to us before you receive our consent of return;
    Pack the products securely so that they can withstand rough, mistreatment during shipment;
    Include our invoice to ensure proper credit;
    Send them to our address in Pakistan.

Acceptance of returns:

  • We will inform you through email whether we accept your returned products. We will also inform you the receiving condition if the condition of the product is not as what you described at the time when you emailed consent of return. We will also inform you the quantity and information of delivery once we send the replacement to you.
